Make a canvas width: 300 px by height: 100px. Copy and paste the icon to the canvas and fill the background layer with #000000. |

Take the tiny text and paste it to the canvas [under the icon]. Invert (CTRL+I) the tiny text so it's white text on black and copy and paste across the banner. |

Make a 5px, #000000 section on top and bottom of the banner. |

Using the gradient tool make a line about the same size as colored part on the icon. Use #800000 to do this. Do this on the RIGHT side of the banner. |

Duplicate the red line and set the top one to screen 100%. |

Add text. |
