Go from this to this: 
Due to school starting, my tutorial making time will be limited. XD I haven't been making as many graphics as I should be.... Mostly banners for custom_banners... so if you want help with those, just comment.

Resize and rotate this base and set the layer to Luminosity. |

Duplicate the base and set it to Normal 63% |

Now take this light texture, place it in the bottom left corner and set it to Screen 100% |

Now use this brush and place it on the left of the red light. [in order to do this you have to define the picture as a brush and then use it as a normal brush in #000000] |

Use this tiny text brush and place it next to the other brush. [see step above in bracket for help]. |

Now here's the part where we change eye colors... Make a new layer on top and use the color #962E2E to color over the eye. She looks a bit freaky at this stage... Now, set the layer to Soft Light 50%. YAY WE'RE DONE! |
