BTW this icon won 1st Place at anime_abc Week D.

	First I cropped this picture. Duplicate this layer 3 times.
	Next, set the bottom layer to Luminosity 100% and on the middle and top layer delete everything that isn't Purple. Set the top layer to Screen 100%.
	Now make a new layer and take a small brush and color around his eye with #7F4086. Then set that layer to Soft Light 100%.
	Here's the tricky part Make a new layer. Then take a gradient and set it to half color and half clear. Use #ffffff for the color. Use this gradient so almost 1/2 of the icon is covered. Then duplicate the layer. Set bottom gradient layer to Opacity 83% and the top one to Opacity 73%.
	Add a 2px border (Edit->Stroke) to the icon with #ffffff.
	Now take this brush and make a border around the icon.
	Make a cursive Letter D (Everything set at standard, #7F4086), I used a font from a program and there's no name. Place the D over his cheek.
	Make 2 layers. One that says ECEPTIVE and one that says BEAUTY. (Everything set at standard, all caps, #7F4086)
	Finally, take this brush and place it between the lines that say ECEPTIVE and BEAUTY. WE ARE NOW DONE!
