Osaka-san Icon Tutorial

Go from this to this:

	First I cropped this picture.
	Next make a new layer, set it to Multiply 100%. Color the top part of her uniform with #D07D7D.
	Make another layer, set it to Multiply 100%. This time color the ribons on her collar, skirt and cuffs with #CF0E0E.
	Next, color her skin with FFE5D1, but make sure you don't color her eyes or mouth.
	Add a 1px border (Edit->Stroke) to the icon with #000000.
	Last but not least type the word "Osaka" with these settings. YOU ARE NOW DONE! YAY!
