Additional comments? texture 1, texture 2, texture 3, texture 4

Copy and paste the icon onto a 300x100 canvas and align it to the left side.
Next use texture #4 and copy and paste it onto the canvas. Duplicate the layer and flip the duplicated layer horizontally. Align the duplicated layer to the right side, keeping the original in the center. Merge the two layers down.
Now use texture #3. Repeat Step #2 and set it to Multiply 37%.
Do the same thing with texture #2 as you did in step #2. Set to Multiply 28%.
Repat step #2 for texture #1.
After merging, duplicate the combined layer and set the original layer to Darken 100%. Set the duplicated layer to Soft Light 100%.
New layer. Now use color #A1CCB1 to extend where the white should go.
Duplicate color layer and set duplicated layer to Multiply 57%.
Need something in the green space right? Make a new layer under the two color layers and use #BBBBBB to brush in this brush. [credit unknown].
Copy and paste brush 1. Set it to screen 100% and extend the black to the edge of the icon. [i added a circular brush... which has managed to disappear on me].
Right click on the layer with the flowery texture. Go to Blending options>Drop Shadow [Multiply, 55%, 120 degrees, distance:0px, spread:3px, size:5px] click ok.
Add a border. Control A [select all]>Edit>Stroke [width: 2px; color #ffffff; inside; blending: normal 100%.]
Use Garamond #A1CCB1 to type in the correct information.
Create a boarder around text if necessary. You're done! :D

THIS TYPE OF BANNER MAKING IS GOOD FOR: If you have alot of time to figure out what texture go where and when. It also is helpful if you don't have the original image or if the person requests a brushed banner. :D
